Fee Schedule

Application fee: Each new member must pay a one-time application fee of $225. This is a one-time fee as long as the company remains an active member. If a company drops membership and reapplies at a later date, it must once again pay the $225 application fee.

Basic membership: Basic membership is $582.00 per year. Basic membership includes a single account to view projects through COOL*. Basic membership does not include the ability to view and download project plans, blueprints, specifications and addenda.

Full membership: Full membership is $1,525.00 per year. A full membership includes all the benefits of basic membership, plus unlimited user accounts for COOL and the ability to view and download complete project plans, blueprints, specifications and addenda.

*COOL (Construction Opportunities Online) is an internet-based construction reporting service. COOL content consists of projects in all bid phases (prebid, active and postbid), blueprints, specifications, addenda, bidders lists, apparent low bidders, contract awards, and the option of ordering hard copy blueprints and specifications for delivery or pick-up. Also, this service provides for individual project tracking that will notify you via email concernin addenda, bid date extensions and bid results.

Note: Mid Atlantic BX membership is a company membership, meaning all direct employees of the member company enjoy use of the services.  Subcontractors, affiliated companies, joint partnerships, etc. are not considered part of the member company and are not afforded membership rights.

Dues for membership received in the interim of the fiscal year (September 1 to August 31) are prorated per the following schedule:
