Violence in the workplace is the third leading cause of death on the construction jobsite. This 4-hour training is designed to teach the skills each attendee needs to return to their workplace and implement proven controls over workplace violence. A sample written "Workplace Violence Prevention Program" will be provided to each attendee to customize for their company safety program. Site security, profiling and related controls over violence will be addressed.
