Format and schedule for Speed Networking Night:
- 3:30pm - 4pm - Session 1 Registration
GCs meet the Design Firms
- 4pm - 5:45pm - Session 1
GCs meet the Design Professionals. Each GC will move through the Design Professional's table locations with 4 minutes maximum at each table
- 5:45pm - 6:15pm - Session 2 Registration
Subcontractors meet the GCs
- 6:15pm - 8:00pm - Session 2
Each subcontractor will move through the GCs table locations with 4 minutes maximum at each table
Marketing materials will be limited to business cards and small brochures ONLY! The four minute times will be strictly enforced to ensure that you have time to meet with EACH company. Agenda times are FIRM - if you are not available at your starting location for the session, you will not have the opportunity to meet with anyone you have already passed. This event WILL SELL OUT - if you have registered for this event and your company does not attend, you will be assessed a $250 penalty.
There will be ample opportunities for you to network between sessions or after the event. A large selection of appetizers and complimentary beer, soda, iced tea and bottled water will be available. A cash bar will also be available for wine and mixed drinks.

Each of the GC participants will visit your table for 4 minutes, where you can exchange general information and business contacts. Seating is limited to 20 Design Firms, with a maximum of 2 company representatives.
Information for Subcontractors:
Are you looking for a way to meet new General Contractors? Is your day too full to market your subtrade to GCs who don't know you? Do you want an efficient way to network with all the GCs that are submitting bids for projects you want? If you said YES, then get connected at "Speed Networking" night.
As our valued Subcontractors, you will have the opportunity to meet and connect with 20 General Contractors. You will visit each GC table for 4 minutes, where you can exchange general information and business contacts. Seating is limited to 20 subcontractors, with a maximum of 2 company representatives.
Information for General Contractors:
Would you like an opportunity to meet design professionals, including Architects and Engineers? Are you looking for a way to meet new subcontractors? Is your day too full to get to know the important team members who provide the best services, both design professionals and qualified subtrades? Do you want an efficient way to network with a wide variety of architects/engineers and subcontractors? If you said YES, then get connected at "Speed Networking" night.
As our valued GCs, you will have the opportunity to meet and connect with 20 design firms and 20 subcontractors. You will visit each Architect/Engineer table for 4 minutes, where you can exchange general information and business contacts. Then each of the subtrades will visit your table for 4 minutes to exchange business information about their services. Seating is limited to 20 general contractors, with a maximum of 2 company representatives.
