This competent person level training is focused on educating the participant to evaluate scaffolding exposures in the construction environment, select the correct equipment, train employees and perform OSHA-required inspections in the field. Supported, suspension and mobile scaffolds wil be covered. OSHA's 29 CRF 1926.451 regulation will be provided and utilized during the class. A sample written scaffolding safety program will be provided to each attendee to customize for their company safety program.
