It is for this purpose only that this site may be used. The site is owned and operated by HBX.

DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT: This agreement will continue to be effective until terminated either by HBX or it's member user. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from this site, and ceasing to use the site in any way. HBX may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice, if it feels, in its sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any term or condition of this agreement, or if it decides to modify the terms and conditions governing future use of this site.

Under no circumstances of any kind shall HBX be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, that arise from or relate to the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if HBX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. HBX reserves the right to control or limit access to COOL. Access may be denied at any time for any reason. Access will be denied to any individual or company who makes use of COOL for improper purposes.

HBX reserves the right to monitor all information stored in any files programs or messages as well as the right to delete or edit any file, program or message that contains, in the sole discretion of HBX, any obscene, abrasive or otherwise objectionable language or material.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. In the event that you or HBX files a lawsuit against one another, the parties agree that the lawsuit will take place in the federal or state courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such lawsuits, and all users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between HBX and users with respect to the subject matter of this agreement, and all prior agreements, representations, statements and undertakings are hereby expressly terminated.
