HARRISBURG, Pa. – Mid Atlantic BX (MABX) will welcome Olympic shotgun sports coach Allen Chubb Jr. to its 3rd annual Clay Shoot on June 21 at Central Penn Sporting Clays in Wellsville, Pa. Chubb will be holding a shooting tips and tricks session immediately before the clay shoot. The 2012 Clay Shoot is sponsored by ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC.
Chubb is a former nationally ranked athlete and is now a nationally accredited Olympic shotgun coach, and is president and treasurer of Chubb International Shooting Sports, Inc. and Keystone Shooting Park.

Registration provides attendees with a 50-clay shoot, boxed lunch and access to a picnic and happy hour afterwards. The registration deadline is June 15, costing $99 for members, $199 for non-members.
“Our annual Clay Shoot provides members and non-members a unique opportunity to network with construction and design professionals in a beautiful outdoor setting,” Megan Roby, MABX director of meetings and events said. “The event is enjoyable for shooters of all experience levels.”
The event will start at 11 a.m. with the registration and boxed lunch, and the shoot will begin at noon. Attendees can mingle and network at the picnic and happy hour afterwards from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Prizes will be given out for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place shooters in each group of shooters. Participants will be scored individually using the Lewis Class System. One participant will win an over-under Franchi-Falconet 12 gauge, valued at $1,000. All registered shooters will be automatically entered to win this prize.
This year’s Top Gun Sponsor, ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, is a top ranked provider of environmental, geotechnical and cultural resources engineering as well as construction observation and testing services. They provide these services to both the private and public sectors from 13 offices located in three states and the District of Columbia.
Participants are required to bring their own gun, supplies and eye/ear protection to the Clay Shoot.
