During the hour-long webinar, Allen will provide information helpful to companies making the move to Building Information Modeling. Many architecture, engineering and construction firms throughout the Mid-Atlantic region have already adopted BIM or are in the process of doing so. According to a recent report from Pike Research annual worldwide revenue for BIM products and services solutions will grow from $1.8 billion in 2012 to almost $6.5 billion in 2020.
According to Allen, making the move to BIM is a great decision – but not everyone in your company may agree with you. This MABX webinar allows you to join Allen as she takes you through the fundamentals needed to win over your workforce and put you on the road to a successful BIM implementation. She will cover the following topics during this webinar:
· Understanding the fears of your workforce
· Setting the proper stage for the existing CAD users
· Selling the benefits of BIM at both the corporate and personal level
· Guiding users through the turbulent times
· Tips to ensure smooth sailing during the conversion process
Allen started using AutoCAD® software with Release 1.4, over 20 years ago, and taught at the corporate and collegiate level for 13 years before joining Autodesk.
